I did not receive my owner code.
You should receive your Spyder welcome package with your owner code within two months of taking delivery of your new Spyder. If you haven’t received your card yet, the first step is to verify with your dealer if he/she has registered your Spyder with BRP. If your dealer has done so more than two months ago, please send an email to SpyderTeam@BRP.com.

In the meantime, we invite you to register as an enthusiast. You can change your status to Spyder owner when you receive your card.
My owner code does not work.
To register as a Spyder owner on SpyderRyder.com, you must enter your 9-digit code found on the membership card you received by mail.

It is important to type the code exactly as it appears on the card. A common source for errors is mistaking the letter O for the number 0 or vice versa.

Once you have entered your owner code, make sure to click on the “Next Step” link at the bottom right of the page.

If you are still experiencing issues, please send an email to SpyderTeam@BRP.com.

I have created a club but cannot find it on the map.
If you cannot find your club on the map, first of all make sure that your club has been approved by BRP. This process can take up to two days.

If your club has been approved and you still cannot find it on the map, the problem may be that the club is not correctly positioned geographically in the Website’s system. To verify that your club’s position on the map is correct, sign in to your member profile by clicking on the “Sign In” link in the upper right-hand corner of the Website and then the “My Profile” link in the upper right-hand corner.

Go to the “Club” tab of your profile and select “Edit My Club”. You will then be taken through the steps to edit all of the details of your club, including the club’s position on the map. At each screen, you need to click on “Next Step” to go to the next screen. On the third screen, you will find a map. Use the zoom in and zoom out function to find the club’s location on the map and center the cursor on the exact geographic location. Click on “Next Step” to confirm the geographic location. You will be taken to the final screen to edit your club’s image that appears online. Click on “Next Step”. You will then see a validation screen where you can review all details of your club. Click on “Next Step” to confirm all of the details.
