Q – I am an international Spyder owner but have not received an owner’s code or welcome packet. When can I expect to receive one?

A – At this time, the Spyder owner’s codes and welcome packets are only accessible to North American owners. It was a North American program only and we are currently considering making the program world-wide. If the program opens up to international owners, we’ll info everyone via SpyderRyder.com. In the meantime, international owners can register on www.SpyderRyder.com as an "enthusiast."
