Object of insurance Can-Am Roadster Assistance offers protection and mobility. If a vehicle is insured in accordance with the general terms and conditions of insurance and breaks down or is involved in an accident, Can-Am Roadster Assistance will provide rapid aid without any complications. 2. Persons insured The persons insured are the driver and the occupants riding the vehicle covered by this insurance (to the maximum number of passengers authorised depending on the permitted number allowed). 3. Vehicles insured Can-Am Spyder roadster motor vehicle up to a total weight of 540 kg, purchased and registered at an offi cial Can-Am Spyder roadster dealer in the United Kingdom, Ireland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain or Portugal and licensed in one of these countries. 4. Scope The insurance cover is valid for accidents and breakdowns occurring in the country where the vehicle is licensed and in the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Macedonia, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Rep. of San Marino, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, Cyprus. 5. Start and end of insurance cover The insurance cover starts on the day the vehicle is registered by the dealer in the BRP warranty system and ends at midnight on the last day of a period of 2 years (commencing from the date of the registration in the warranty system).
